Returns & Refunds

At Kozy Garden Company, our products are handcrafted in small batches, and we want you to be pleased with your order.

Returns

Because many of our products are personal-care, bath, body, botanical, or consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, these items are considered final sale once opened.

If you have a concern with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, leaking, unusable, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the issue or shipping damage.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Some handcrafted products, particularly body butters and balms, may soften or melt during warm-weather shipping. This does not necessarily affect the quality or usability of the product. If your product arrives softened, allow it to return to room temperature before opening. If you believe the product has been damaged or compromised during transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Kozy Garden Company or a problem with the order for which we accept responsibility.
