Are Kozy Garden products made by hand?

Our soaps, body care, bath products, and botanical blends are thoughtfully prepared in small batches. Because many of our products are handcrafted and feature botanical ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are natural and part of what makes each batch unique.

Do you use fragrance oils or artificial colors?

Kozy Garden does not use synthetic fragrance oils in our products. Our scented products are fragranced with essential oils, and we do not use mica to artificially color our soaps. We embrace the beautiful variations that come naturally from our ingredients and botanicals.

Where can I find the ingredients for a product?

Complete ingredient information is provided with our products and throughout the Kozy Garden website. If you'd like to learn more about many of the botanicals and ingredients we use, you're also invited to visit the Botanical Library in the Workshop.

How should I care for my handcrafted soap?

For the longest-lasting bar, allow your soap to dry between uses. Place it on a well-draining soap dish and avoid allowing it to sit in standing water.

What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?

Please review the complete ingredient list before using any Kozy Garden product, particularly if you have known sensitivities or allergies. We recommend discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

Are Kozy Garden body-care products intended to treat medical or skin conditions?

No. Kozy Garden body-care products are cosmetic products intended for personal care and enjoyment. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

What is the difference between Steep and Soak?

Our Steep Collection contains botanical tea blends created for drinking. Our Soak Collection is created for the bath and includes botanical bath teas and bath soaks. Soak products are for external use only and should not be consumed.

Are Kozy Garden botanical tea blends caffeinated?

Our botanical tea blends are made without traditional caffeinated tea leaves. Individual blends feature combinations of herbs, flowers, fruits, spices, and rooibos. Please review the ingredients listed with each blend when choosing the tea that's right for you.

How should I store my Kozy Garden products?

For best quality, keep products closed when not in use and store them in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Product-specific care or storage information should always be followed when provided.

When will my order ship?

Kozy Garden products are prepared and packed with care. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and you'll receive shipping and tracking information once your order is on its way.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided with your order.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged. Include your order information and photographs of both the damaged item and its shipping packaging so we can review what happened and assist you.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders. When available, the pickup option and instructions will be provided during checkout or after your order is placed. For privacy and security, pickup details are provided only to customers with confirmed pickup orders.

Can I visit Kozy Garden Company in person?

Kozy Garden Company is not a public retail location. But you're always welcome to wander through our virtual garden estate, explore the Botanical Library, visit the Tea Cottage and Workshop, or make your way to the Mercantile to shop.
